By using GARDE, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Affiliate relationships

GARDE uses affiliate links. When you click a product link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We participate in affiliate programs including Skimlinks and the eBay Partner Network. Recommendations are based on wardrobe analysis, not commission rates.

No warranty

GARDE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI recognition is not perfect — brand, color, and material identifications may be incorrect. We do not guarantee that recommendations will be available, accurate, or suitable for your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GARDE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email[email protected] with your request and we will process it within 30 days.
